The other night I made myself the most simple, most delicious dinner. And it was totally gluten free. I fried slices of organic polenta in olive oil, stacked them with creamy, fresh mozzarella cheese and topped the whole thing with a scoop of Newman's Own Mushroom Marinara. It was to-die-for delicious and couldn't have been easier or faster to prepare. Give it a try. You won't be sorry.
