update: phone call frustration

After venting last night about not getting a call back from my doctor's office all week I wanted to update and let you know that I finally heard back today. The reason I hadn't heard back sooner sounded suspect, but I'm not going to dwell on it. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it won't happen again.
