poll: migraines & nightmares

I'm noticing more and more often that when I sleep while experiencing a migraine I have horrible nightmares. Sometimes they are so real that I wake up with actual tears streaming down my face.

The frequency of these migraine-associated nightmares left me wondering if any of Somebody Heal Me's readers have ever had this happen to you.
