There are many excellent books, audio books and CDs available to help you start and maintain a meditation practice. However, there are also free resources available online that you should consider utilizing as you explore mindfulness.
If you haven't started to explore meditation as a method of coping with your pain and with the emotional challenges of living with illness, give it a try. You'll be surprised at how it can help you cope with your situation.
