It makes me loopy, but the Ketamine nasal spray is something of a miracle for me.Saturday after lunch the hubby and I went outside to do some yard work and clean up the garage. I was apprehensive because heat and sun exposure are my most sure fire migraine triggers. It was about 90 degrees, which is usually far too hot for my body to tolerate.
I planted my flowers in the planters and pots I have outside and pulled some weeds while C organized the recycling and put some stuff up in the attic for storage.
And I didn't get a migraine. It has been at least five years since I did something physical outside without getting a migraine. I guess the trade off is worth it for the foreseeable future.
Unfortunately I ran out of it yesterday and as soon as it was out of my system a nasty migraine set in.
