Excellent Migraine Article in Scientific American

Scientific American has an awesome new article about migraine disease.

The authors are up on the latest research, use the correct terminology and present the issue with the seriousness it deserves. This is no real surprise given that both authors are doctors and teach college level courses in medicine and related fields.

Why Migraines Strike: Biologists finally are unraveling the medical mysteries of migraine, from aura to pain

It's a must read and well worth passing along to anyone you know, especially people you'd like to better understand your life with migraine disease.

I am a PharmD and I read the article you are referring to in sciam. I have to say, it was pretty amazing, just because it takes everything we know about migraine and flip it upside down! I am sure new drugs are going to be developed now to better control migraine, so the disease suffurers will start living normal lives again.
