news: Vitamin D eases chronic pain

Low levels of Vitamin D may partially explain why some people have chronic pain.

A review of 22 studies of chronic pain patients showed that most of them had low Vitamin D levels. The aches, pains, weariness and fatigue can all be improved by increasing the levels of Vitamin D in the body.

Vitamin D Helps with Chronic Pain, Fatigue

Exposure to the sun is the best way to naturally increase your Vitamin D levels. But if sun exposure and heat are migraine triggers for you (as they are for me), you may find it difficult to get enough sunlight to keep your Vitamin D levels within the normal range. Talk to your doctor about taking a supplement if this is the case.
