Hi Diana,

I have one of their kits. Didn't have much success where lowering migraine intensity was concerned, but it was a very interesting thing to try anyway. I'm all for trying anything that might work. My kit from them taught the type of biofeedback where you consciously shunt the blood from your body back to your extremities. The raise in temperature of your fingers tells you you're doing it correctly. It takes much practice for someone with Raynaud's to do it, and practice for all must be continued past the point of success. It's a way of living really, much like meditation.

I used to drive over 6 hrs each way to get to this headache clinic. Dr. Cady is one of the best.
