Track Your Mood with 'Patients Like Me' Community

A friend recently turned me on to a cool site called Patients Like Me.

Patients Like Me is a community that allows people living with mental health conditions to track their symptoms, treatments and moods and connect with other people experiencing the same things.

By answering questions about your lifestyle, outlook and situation every week, you can generate a Mood Map to help you track the factors in your life that affect your moods.

The site allows you to generate reports to share with your doctors, therapist and other treatment providers. This feature is a great way to help give them a clearer picture of exactly what your life is like with your condition and help you keep track of how you've been feeling over the long term, rather than having to rely on how you feel at any given moment in time.
