I had an appointment with my local neurologist Dr. C on Monday. He is increasing my dose of Amitriptyline from 40 mg to 100 mg. We also scheduled an appointment for a second set of Botox injections. I'll go in to get them on December 31st. Happy New Year to me!

Thank you to those who responded to my request for advice on whether to try the Botox again. Your thoughts were very helpful when my family and I sat down to make our decision.
